Pictures from the Islands in VT

Took a drive to see some friends in South Hero, got some good shots while I was up there, and on the ride home last night. Had to size some of my gear and decided to go hiding in in the cornfield.

FLYING!!!!!

Got to go on two flights this week! First one was in a Blackhawk and the second in our "In Country" Eurocopter "Lacota". (smaller than a blackhawk) We flew to the Air Show in North Hero and let little kids climb in and out of the aircraft for a few hours. Then flew around VT and NY to burn the rest of the fuel so the aircraft can be weighed this week.

Drive home from the ADK's

Driving home, took some new routes and found out that the bridge they blew up has a 24/7 ferry running... who knew??
