My Christmas Preperation Weekend!

This weekend we decorated our tree. Instead of buying a tree we decorated our year round tree.

We recieved 18 inches of snow this weekend. The picture of Gully is taking during the storm at Indian Brook. He found a mole in the snow bank and decided to play with it. The tree is probably one of the best decorated trees in the area!

A friend showed me this awesome picture...

Julie Smith captured this stunning photo from 28,000' of the shadow cast by Mt. Everest at 5am on 23 May 2006. She reached the summit two hours later. It was her third attempt on Everest in as many years. Fiona reached the summit a little more than half an hour after her at at 7:50am. Photo by Julie Smith

The first picture is right next to my house, the second on my drive to work and the rest are, of course, from Indian Brook. It is definitely going to be a white Christmas this year!
