Allie is back home in Vemont! She arrived last night just in time for thanksgiving, and leaves Sunday. We made dinner at my place. Robert and Stephanies mom Kathy, also joined us. All the animals have taken very well to Allie.

So Casey had her hip surgery this past Thursday. Come to find out on the operating table that she had tore her ACL as well. So poor Casey is on bed rest for the next couple of weeks.
This is the NRG building. NRG is a company that builds wind turbine measuring equipment to determine viable locations for wind turbines. The building is LEED Gold Certified. The solar panels on the roof and on the lawn provide for 85% of the energy used to run the building. This hopefully might be a place where I work after I graduate. I was fortunate to be able to tour this building through my sustainability class.
So Gully took his first swim today. Up until today he has always enjoyed playing in the water, but never taking his feet off solid ground. Casey, my other furry haired roommate is suffering from a bad hip so instead of leaving her behind, Steph chooses to take her around the resevoir in a baby backpack.
