Through the Notch!

After Indian Brook, Steph and I took a road trip down through Waterbury to get Cider Slushies, then on to Stowe for lunch at the Malt Depot Shop. Coming back through the notch road was amazing. Although many of the colors have already turned on the top of the mountain, the roads were lined with brightly colored leaves. We stopped at a couple of points on the drive to take some pictures and found some cool waterfalls. Seeing a sign for "road work", I wondered why they would be repairing the road on a Sunday. Around the next corner, I could definitely see why road repair guys would be working on a Sunday. You can see what I mean in the fifth picture down. I guess this would explain the "caution falling rocks" signs everywhere.

Indian Brook in the Fall

I know a lot of my pictures are of Indian Brook Reservoir, but I can not get enough of it. Now with all the leaves turning colors, it becomes an even more amazing place. Add three friends, and four dogs, and its a blast!

A few last pictures...

My trip would not have been nearly as fun without my buddies Mikey and Matty. Thanks guys for a great time!

Last Day in Greece - Delphi

So my last day in Greece we spent a three hour bus ride to get to Delphi. This was one of my favorite places because of the amazing views it had. Delphi is built upon a mountain. The archaeological site is even higher, so you really have to like heights. It was an extensive fifteen minute hike to the very top but it was worth it!
The last 5 picture are from the road trip leading the Delphi, the rest are actually taken in the town.

Athens

This was one of the few days the only traveling was under an hour. Our hotel was in the Athens suberbs about 40 min away. We took a tour up to the Acropolis and got to see the Parthenon, the Porch of the Caryatids(the picture of the women columns), the Propylaia, and the Temple of Athena Nike.
